PCOS Condition Monitoring Tool

Our PCOS Conditioning Monitoring Tool is live!

Exciting news! We have officially launched our PCOS Condition Monitoring Tool within Sara™, designed specifically for users living with or exploring signs of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

To find this tool in Sara, head to the Health page and look under the Clinical Conditions tab. Once you log your PCOS diagnosis, you’ll have access to our brand-new PCOS Condition Management tool.

What makes this tool so special?

1. It’s clinically validated.

  • We built this tool to align with clinical guidelines for a PCOS diagnosis, meaning your provider can trust the results from our questionnaire. Essentially, this tool serves as a personal health record you can bring straight to your doctor, making it easier to share your symptoms and get the care you deserve.

  • The questions we ask mirror those your doctor would ask during a clinical visit—making your tracking directly relevant to your care. With your consent, both you and your provider can monitor your symptoms more consistently, not just once a year.

2. It brings visibility and structure to your PCOS experience.

  • PCOS often presents itself in an overwhelming, confusing expression of symptoms that cover multiple facets of your health. To help make sense of it all, this tool breaks down PCOS into five distinct categories:

    • Menstrual Health

    • Skin and Hair

    • Weight and Metabolic Health

    • Emotional and Mental Well-being

    • Diet and Exercise

  • From an extensive literature review, we know these five categories capture the most prominent symptoms of PCOS. Rather than feeling lost or confused about how PCOS affects different areas of your health, our tool helps you see the bigger picture of your PCOS journey — organized in a way that is easy to understand. We are here to make PCOS management less daunting, and more attainable.

3. It helps you understand your PCOS, on your terms.**

  • Everyone’s PCOS looks different. That’s why we’ve built a tool to give you personalized scores in each of the five categories. You’ll be able to see where your PCOS is well managed (categories where scores are low) and where you may need more support (categories with higher scores). The way it works is simple**: the higher your score, the more those symptoms may be negatively impacting you**. Our algorithm will add up your scores from each category to give a larger snapshot of your PCOS experience, indicating if it is well-managed or if you are experiencing mild, moderate, or severe symptoms.

  • These scores are not meant to alarm you; they are here to give you clear, clinical data you can share with your provider so you don’t have to navigate this alone. Support is out there, and now you’ve got the proof in hand to get the care you deserve.

4. It takes less than 5 minutes to fill out.

We built a tool that is robust, yet easy to follow. Focusing on your real, everyday experience, our tool works with you, not against you. This isn’t just another tracker — it’s your partner in making sense of it all.
